Come and learn what you need to eat and drink and when you need to do it! Dr. Michelle will be discussing food, supplements and water and what your individual body requires depending on your size and speed. Whether you are an experienced rider or brand new you will learn something. Dr. Michelle will also discuss how to drop weight safely before the ride if that is what you desire.
