Team Registration Details:
How to Join a Bike Rally Team:
Please note that team registration is only needed if you have a specific team that you want to be on (either because you know the team leads or because you want to make sure you and others you know are on the same team).
If you're new to the rally and don't know which team to register for, or you don't have a preference, don't be concerned. If you don't self-register for a team, you will be assigned to one. Everyone is part of a team, whether self-selected or assigned, and will get full support and the opportunity to enjoy the team experience.
The Artez system allows only one team leader per team to be identified. Please refer to the list below for a complete list of team leaders. Use the red coloured team leader name (the first name of each pair) as your search criteria.
- Log into your Bike Rally On-line account
- Click My Fundraising on your homepage
- Scroll down the page until you come to the Team Section and click Join Team
- To search for the team you wish to join, please enter either the First or Last Name of the Team Lead and click search. At least the first letter of the Team Leader's first or last name must be entered.
- From the Search Results, click on the Team you wish to join
- Click Join Team

Montreal Sheraton Offer
To help celebrate the completion of your journey to Montreal, the Montreal Sheraton is once again offering Bike Rally participants a special rate of $99 per night upon arrival in Montreal. At the time the reservation is made, the Sheraton will charge a deposit equal to one night's stay ($99) to the credit card provided during the booking process. Reservations will be accepted until Friday, July 4, 2012 and the deposit is fully refundable until Tuesday, July 31, 2012. Availability is limited and on a first come, first reserved basis. Reservations can be made through the following special website.

About Us
On July 29, 2012, more than 400 courageous individuals will embark on an incredible journey. For six days, our riders will cycle 600 km's from Toronto to Montreal with the support of a fabulous crew. Participants will raise more than $1 million for Toronto People With AIDS Foundation, which exists to promote the health and well-being of all people living with HIV/AIDS by providing accessible, direct and practical support services. The experience promises to have a profound impact on the lives of every participant.
