We will be holding a "hands on" tire changing clinic on Wed April 30th at the Metropolitan Community Church (MCC). The church is at 115 Simpson Ave (off Gerrard, one block east of Broadview). The clinic will give you the chance to learn how to fix a flat by actually doing it yourself. Experienced riders will be on hand to provide guidance. You will be required to bring your bike, or at least one of the wheels, to the seminar.

Riders will also be able to answer your general questions about basic bike maintenance, what equipment to purchase, cycling gear and what essentials you should carry with you on the training rides and on the Rally itself. This seminar qualifies for the mandatory bike maintenance/repair requirement for first time riders.
