With 10 years of personal training, nutrition and wellness coaching experience, Michelle now uses fat-loss secrets of the bodybuilding and physique industry to help others achieve the same success. Michelle is no stranger to the fat-loss and muscle-building world. Competing as a natural amateur bodybuilder for 3 years has required her to shred the fat from her body achieving body fat levels of under 10%.

Her individualized approach has helped hundreds of men and women burn the fat, build muscle, break through plateaus, gain confidence, overcome health barriers and create the physique and life of their dreams. The seminar for the 2008 upcoming bike rally will feature information on pre- and post-riding nutrition as well as hydration and food choices along the trip.
