There are 4 main areas that make up the crew for the bike rally: Food, Wellness, Rubbermaid Rustlers and Road Safety. There are a limited number of crew spaces & because of this we do have to turn people away. The crew spots are based on the best fit for the job & your commitment level. Please contact the Special Events Coordinator to set up an interview – we look forward to meeting you!

We have installed a secure pledge drop box in the Toronto People With AIDS Foundation's reception area on the 2nd floor at 200 Gerrard Street East. We are asking that all riders and crew use this drop box when submitting their cash and cheque pledges. Please also make sure each donation has a completed pledge card and envelope with all information filled in to ensure quick processing of the donation.

Our offices are open:

  • Monday & Tuesday: 10am - 6pm
  • Wednesday: 10am -8pm
  • Thursdays: 10am - 6pm
  • Fridays: 9am - 5pm
