Arrival Ceremonies
5:00pm, Friday August 1, 2008
Parc Emilie Gamelin (map)
In the spirit of the Bike Rally, all riders will meet at the last break spot and ride into Montreal together on the bike path. For many, this is the highlight of their journey — a long line of Bike Rally jerseys stretching as far as the eye can see.
Once we arrive at the base of old Montreal, Riders will be met by a police escort to take them through the final leg of the ride through old Montreal and up Rue Berri to Emilie Gamelin Parc.

Unpacking
After the ceremonies, particpants will proceed to the UQÀM Residences where the trucks are parked. All participants must unpack their Rubbermaid containers at the UQÀM Sports Centre, next door to the residence (on Rue Sanguinet).
Riders will receive a claim tag for their bicycle, which will be immediately loaded into the trucks to be returned to Toronto. Please note: While the Rubbermaid Rustlers will treat your bikes with care, they are not responsible for any losses or damages. We recommend using newspapers and masking tape, or pipe insulation, to cover your bicycle before loading it into the trucks in Montreal if you are concerned about your paint job!
