If a serious incident occurs on a training ride, the first Bike Rally participants on the scene must call 9 1 1 immediately. Once the 9 1 1 call is complete, call the Bike Rally emergency contact number: 416-550-7615 and the team leader in charge or a PWA staff person will assist.

July 18 is an opportunity for the Team Leads (TL) to organize a team event the week before departure, to have one final "get to know you". Teams are encouraged to do work together to come up with their own activities. A favorite training ride? A team BBQ? Your team leads will be in touch with you to decide what you'll be doing that day.
