Menu - Bike Rally 2011

Wondering what's for dinner? Just to give you an idea, here are the menu options offered on the 2011 Bike Rally.

Menu details for the 2012 Bike Rally will be made available when finalized in June/July, 2012.

Please note that the Bike Rally does include meal options for participants who are vegetarians or require lactose-free or gluten-free meals. Please inform us of these dietary needs during the online registration process when prompted.

 

Breakfast 2011

Fresh Bananas with Oranges
Hard Boiled Eggs
Cereal - Raisin Bran and Honey Nut Cheerios with milk
Oatmeal
Cream Cheese Individuals
Yogurt - assorted variety
Bagels assorted variety / Blueberry Scones
Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jam Individuals
Soya Butter - couple of jars for vegetarians
Coffee / Tea/ Cocoa with Cream, Sugar, Sweetener, Mate
Juice - 250 ml Orange and Apple Tetra

Lunch 2011

Cold Cuts - pre-sliced, 2 kinds only (Smoked Turkey and Black Forest Ham)
Vegetarian Cold Cuts - Tofuturkey
Tuna - individual cans, assorted variety
Multi Grain Bread and Wraps - assorted variety
Vegetables and Dip Individuals - pre-cut carrots, celery, broccoli,
Whole vegetables - mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes
Cheese - cheddar and marble individuals
Salads: Lunch 1 - Potato Salad; Lunch 2 - Chick Pea Salad; Lunch 3 - Kidney Bean Salad;
               Lunch 4 - Coleslaw; Lunch 5 - Pasta Salad with vinagrette
Condiments - Mustard, Mayonnaise for Sandwich
Sliced Tomato, Onion and Lettuce
Daily selection of Seasonal Fruit
Juice - Orange and Apple Tetra - 250 ml
Soft Drinks - various

Snacks (Pre-dinner only)

Vegetables and Dip Individuals - pre-cut carrots, celery, broccoli
Cheese - cheddar and marble individuals with crackers
Bowl of Crisp Red Delicious / Granny Smith / Golden Delicious Apples
Milk Individuals / Soy Milk

Suppers 2011

Every evening meal will have a vegetarian option, lactose-free option and gluten-free option. There are limited quantities of these options available  for those participants who have indicated their meal restrictions  prior to the ride

Supper 3 - Wednesday Night
